Class Description:

This low impact strength class utilizes versa loop bands to tone and strengthen your muscles like never before!  The loop is a versatile tool that can be used to isolate upper and lower body.  We combined that training with segments to target the core and abdominal muscles to get a total body workout!  Suitable for all fitness levels!
