Class Description:

This dynamic cycle will have you dripping in sweat!  Spend the first half focused on High Intensity Interval Training, which has been proven to increase metabolism and build lean muscle, while your second half of class will be grueling climbing drills meant to push your endurance to the max!  **Suitable for all, please bring a towel and arrive early for bike set up (if needed).
