A mat class designed to strengthen, tone, and stabilize the muscles of the abs, back, and butt. Muscles are lengthened and strengthened creating long, lean lines; toning the overall body. You are not strong until you are Pilates strong! Suitable for all.

About Karen E.:
Karen has been with the RAC for Women Greece location since we opened! She’s been a Group Fitness instructor for the past 27 years and has held a AFFA Personal Trainer Certification for the past 20 years. She teaches many classes on the RAC schedule including Mini Chisel, R.I.P.T., Zumba® and Pilates. Karen holds several Pilates certifications, is certified in R.I.P.T., Yoga, Step and Body Chisel. She is also Zumba® licensed. Karen is a Power 30 small group trainer, specializing in core strength development. She says “The RAC is my happy place! I look forward to everyday that I am here! It is an amazing gift to be part of someone’s fitness journey.”
