Class Description:

A Mind/Body class for people who like to sweat! Using fusion style movements, it incorporates dynamic balance, strength, and functional training, emphasizing the athleticism of Pilates and Yoga.

About Julie M.:

Julie M. became an instructor in 2014. Julie is in house trained to teach R.I.P.T. and Body Chisel with certifications in PiYo Live, TurboKick and Yoga. She is also a TRX qualified instructor. Julie currently teaches PiYo Live at both clubs, bringing plenty of energy and zest for life into her classes!
