About Kelsie M.:
Kelsie M. recently relocated to the Rochester area from Texas and is thrilled to join the RAC team as the Power 30 Director and instructor. She has an extensive background in Pilates and yoga and has been teaching for over 10 years. She fell in love with Pilates in the very first class but it wasn’t until she took a hard-core power Vinyasa class that she found her love for yoga. She has a passion for both which is contagious allowing her to meet you where you are in your practice while encouraging and challenging you to meet your full strength and potential. Kelsie primarily teaches a core based power Vinyasa style of yoga. Be on the lookout for a new Power 30 schedule that includes a brand new class – HIIT YOGA! It’s a power yoga hybrid class that utilizes props, combines strength and flexibility for a total body burn like nothing else!
