Hi my name is Cassie. I am the Personal Training and Power 30 Director for our RAC for Women location in Greece. I have been part of the team here for a little over a year, but my fitness journey did not start here. I started off playing college ball for SUNY Cortland as a starting center fielder. After college I started getting serious with weight training which led me to my first body building show in which I took first place in physique and figure earning my NMA Procard. Since then I started learning more about diet and nutrition and became a power lifter. I realized in my career life as a PE teacher and coach that I didn’t have the ability to impact others the way I wanted to when I saw the post for the RAC position I realized that this was an opportunity to better impact the physical health and wellness of others.
I am so grateful for all the options in which I have to help people here including personal training, Power 30 and our 6 Week Challenges. It’s motivating to me to see the excitement of our members and they reach their fitness aspirations.

Julie T.

My name is Julie Trabold and I’ve been a trainer at the Stoneridge Plaza RAC for 16 and a half years. I have a personal training certification from AFAA and a Nutrition Specialist certification from NFPT. My clients are mostly women over 50 whose goals include improved quality of life and functional fitness. Many say they wouldn’t do any weight training on their own, especially at a coed facility. I love the RAC for Women because we provide a full service gym for women who don’t feel comfortable in other clubs. Working in fitness is rewarding because I help make a difference in my clients’ health and well-being.

Hi I’m Wendy and I have been working at the RAC for Women since 2006. My Personal Training Credentials include Aerobic and Fitness Association of America and National Academy Sports Medicine Certification. Over the last ten years it has been my passion to empower women and help women of all ages better their fitness, health and wellness, and achieve their fitness goals. I am constantly looking to enhance and expand my knowledge in this field to better equip me. With over 60 continuing education credits taken, I am confident it has prepared me to better serve those who are ready to challenge themselves to ultimately achieve their fitness goals. Some of my favorite continuing education courses have been Injury Prevention and Exercise Progressions, Midlife Fitness for Women, Sports Nutrition, Performance Training, and Sustaining Mobility & Movement: Human Movement Science and Practical Modality Instruction. Since I have reached that midlife span myself, it has pushed me to learn as much as possible about the challenges that present themselves with aging and develop the best approach I can to help those in the same mid-stage (or later) of life to achieve their goals.

Whatever your goals are, I would love to work with you to assist you in reaching them. Whether you are looking to lose weight and body fat, or looking to gain muscle strength for toning or metabolism boosting, or returning from an injury or surgery, I am here to help. Personal training is a great way to achieve those goals quicker and safer.
