Hello my name is Cassie and I currently teach Punch & Strike, Zumba(R), Bowka, Pilates, Body Chisel and AB Lab at the Perinton location. My favorite part of being an instructor is seeing how the community of a group fitness setting can inspire, motivate and change someone’s life by having that sense of acceptance and friendship in one room. My classes are unique in that they can vary in intensity, each are individualized, and can always be modified or bring the intensity up as needed. Also my classes tend to be very high energy, whether we are dancing in Zumba(R) or kicking in Punch & Strike, there is always a positive vibe that has a ripple effect. So come try it out to find the right class for you!
Jen Burke has been involved in fitness training since 2004. She is AFAA and ACE Group Exercise certified, NETA certified for Kettlebell, and TRX qualified in group exercise and functional training. She also has TRX training in Yoga for TRX. She is certified and teaches Turbo Kick and PiYo Live, as well as teaching RIPT and HIIT training in group exercise. Jen teaches small group personal training sessions for both one-hour sessions called War and Peace and Power 30 sessions specializing in yoga for TRX and Introduction to TRX, kettlebell, and battle ropes. Jen is also a master trainer for Flow Fitness Training, a small company out of Syracuse, New York, that provides continuing education credits and training to fitness instructors across New York State.
Hello my name is Karen and I have been teaching since 1990! I am certified in Personal Training, Fitness Coach, and Primary Group Exercise. I teach Total Body Sculpt, RIPT, Cardio Kickboxing, Bootcamp, Pilates, Zumba(R), Zumba(R) Toning, and Step! It is a distinct honor to be part of motivating others to improve their fitness and seeing the transformations. It’s a wonderful gift each member shares with me when they enter one of my classes!

Hello my name is Niki and I am the Group Fitness Director at the Greece location. I teach Zumba(R), Bokwa, Punch & Strike, Stretch, Cardio Barre and Pilates. My favorite part about being an instructor is when my members tell me they couldn’t wait to come to class, or that they have reached a goal. Being able to inspire positive change in others is a very powerful thing. My classes are unique because I am all about call and response/class participation. Lets all be part of something bigger than ourselves!

What do you love about being an instructor: I LOVE being able to share my passion for fitness with a group full of strong, inspiring women who will take on any challenge that I bring to class! I love challenging people to get their bodies to perform in ways that they did not think they could–If you don’t try, you’ll never know what your body is capable of!
What makes your classes special/unique: While RIPT and Bootcamp are by no means a low impact workout, I encourage people of ALL fitness levels to try these classes with me. I provide modifications so that everyone can be comfortable and when things get really intense, all I ask is that you just keep moving your feet!
Each class I teach incorporates a mixture of strength and cardio exercises, so if you like variety, new challenges, and tons of fun, join me in class! 🙂
