Amy teaches at the RAC for Women Pittsford location. She teaches/loves Zumba® and loves being an instructor because the RAC members are so enthusiastic and supportive of each other! Amy says “Seeing everyone have fun while sweating together is very rewarding”. Her classes provide a party-like atmosphere, where members can dance like no one is watching, and everyone works out at their own pace.

Becca has been with the RAC for Women since 2011, starting off as a Group Fitness instructor and moving into a Director position. She currently is the Regional Group Fitness Director in our area. She is a ZIN licensed Zumba® instructor and holds an ISCA Performance Training certification. Becca also holds certifications with NETA, NCCPT, and CPR/AED and is currently working on her certification to become a Health Coach through ACE.

Jen Burke has been involved in fitness training since 2004. She is AFAA and ACE Group Exercise certified, NETA certified for Kettlebell, and TRX qualified in group exercise and functional training. She also has TRX training in Yoga for TRX. She is certified and teaches Turbo Kick and PiYo Live, as well as teaching RIPT and HIIT training in group exercise. Jen teaches small group personal training sessions for both one-hour sessions called War and Peace and Power 30 sessions specializing in yoga for TRX and Introduction to TRX, kettlebell, and battle ropes. Jen is also a master trainer for Flow Fitness Training, a small company out of Syracuse, New York, that provides continuing education credits and training to fitness instructors across New York State.

Karen has been with the RAC for Women Greece location since we opened! She’s been a Group Fitness instructor for the past 27 years and has held a AFFA Personal Trainer Certification for the past 20 years. She teaches many classes on the RAC schedule including Mini Chisel, R.I.P.T., Zumba® and Pilates. Karen holds several Pilates certifications, is certified in R.I.P.T., Yoga, Step and Body Chisel. She is also Zumba® licensed. Karen is a Power 30 small group trainer, specializing in core strength development. She says “The RAC is my happy place! I look forward to everyday that I am here! It is an amazing gift to be part of someone’s fitness journey.”

Hi I’m Nancy and I am a personal trainer at the RAC for Women. I am a NETA certified group fitness trainer, personal trainer, kettlebell and yoga certified. I am also STOTT Pilates certified, Mat and Reformer along with being a Schwinn Cycling certified instructor. I am a 12 year Triathlete with over 20 years of experience in health and fitness. My main goal is to educate and motivate clients while helping them work to their full potential!

Susan has been teaching for 25 years. She has certifications from AFAA Group Exercise, Pilates and Personal Training, Yogafit Levels 1, 2, 3. She teaches Chizel, Step, L.I.F.T. (Low Impact Functional Training), Pilates and Yoga. Veronica is a recent graduate from The College at Brockport. She graduated with a major in Exercise Science and two minors, one in Biology and the other in Psychology. Veronica grew up in a small town and has four siblings. She is certified in First Aid and CPR and has always had a passion for helping people improve themselves and an interest in how the body works. These are the things that led her to want to become a personal trainer. Her goal is to train people so they become healthier and more confidence in themselves.
