Becca has been with the RAC for Women since 2011, starting off as a Group Fitness instructor and moving into a Director position. She currently is the Regional Group Fitness Director in our area. She is a ZIN licensed Zumba instructor and holds an ISCA Performance Training certification. Becca also holds certifications with NETA, NCCPT, and CPR/AED and is currently working on her certification to become a Health Coach through ACE.

Hi, my name is Cassie and I am the Personal Training and Power 30 Director for our RAC for Women location in Greece. I have been part of the team here for a little over a year, but my fitness journey did not start here. I started off playing college ball for SUNY Cortland as a starting center fielder. After college I started getting serious with weight training which led me to my first body building show in which I took first place in physique and figure earning my NMA Procard. Since then I started learning more about diet and nutrition and became a power lifter. I realized in my career life as a PE teacher and coach that I didn’t have the ability to impact others the way I wanted to when I saw the post for the RAC position I realized that this was an opportunity to better impact the physical health and wellness of others.
I am so grateful for all the options in which I have to help people here including personal training, Power 30 and our 6 Week Challenges. It’s motivating to me to see the excitement of our members and they reach their fitness aspirations.

Jen Burke has been involved in fitness training since 2004. She is AFAA and ACE Group Exercise certified, NETA certified for Kettlebell, and TRX qualified in group exercise and functional training. She also has TRX training in Yoga for TRX. She is certified and teaches Turbo Kick and PiYo Live, as well as teaching RIPT and HIIT training in group exercise. Jen teaches small group personal training sessions for both one-hour sessions called War and Peace and Power 30 sessions specializing in yoga for TRX and Introduction to TRX, kettlebell, and battle ropes. Jen is also a master trainer for Flow Fitness Training, a small company out of Syracuse, New York, that provides continuing education credits and training to fitness instructors across New York State.

My name is Karen. I have been with the Greece RAC since we opened! I’ve been a Group Fitness instructor for the past 27 years and I have held an AFFA Personal Trainer Certification for the past 20 years. I teach many classes on the RAC schedule including Mini Chisel, R.I.P.T., Zumba® and Pilates. I hold several Pilates certifications, I’m certified in R.I.P.T., Yoga, Step and Body Chisel. I am also Zumba® licensed. I am a Power 30 small group trainer, specializing in core strength development. The RAC is my happy place! I look forward to everyday that I am here! It is an amazing gift to be part of someone’s fitness journey.

Kasia completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program at Downward Dog Yoga Studio in Toronto last year. Since then she has been teaching at RAC for Women. To accommodate the various needs of her students, Kasia is expanding her knowledge by participating in the various workshops (including, but not limited to: Yoga for Arthritis, Movement Rx for Yoga Teachers, Movement seminars etc.) as well as deepening her own practice. Her classes and Power 30 sessions blend yoga with mindful movement and strength techniques.

Hi I’m Nancy and I am a personal trainer at the RAC for Women. I am a NETA certified group fitness trainer, personal trainer, kettlebell and yoga certified. I am also STOTT Pilates certified, Mat and Reformer along with being a Schwinn Cycling certified instructor. I am a 12 year Triathlete with over 20 years of experience in health and fitness. My main goal is to educate and motivate clients while helping them work to their full potential!

Hello my name is Niki and I am the Group Fitness Director at the Greece location. I teach Zumba®, Bokwa, Punch & Strike, Stretch, Cardio Barre and Pilates. My favorite part about being an instructor is when my members tell me they couldn’t wait to come to class, or that they have reached a goal. Being able to inspire positive change in others is a very powerful thing. My classes are unique because I am all about call and response/class participation. Let’s all be part of something bigger than ourselves!

Rachael P. has been with the RAC since July of 2015. Rachael is Spinning™ certified and also has a Group Exercise certification through NETA. Rachael is a Group Exercise instructor of Cycle and Bootcamp, teaching at both the Pittsford and Greece RAC’s. Rachael inspires her participants to put in hard work to get big results through her use of motivating, beat driven music and inspired focus! Rachael is also a Power 30 Small Group Trainer. She is currently working towards a Personal Training certification through ACE.
